1. No refund or exchange as perfumes are personal care products and can be easily tampered or altered once opened. 
2. Exceptions for damaged products: returns and exchanges are valid for damaged products. You just have to contact us maximum within 48 hours after delivery date. We will properly review the case and provide resolution.
3. Testing is available: we value that our customers must be convinced with the scents they choose this is why we are available at Concept stores listed on Instagram. 
4. By confirming your online order, you acknowledge and agree to our policy. Please carefully read and review our policy and terms before completing your purchase. 
5. Once the seal on the shipping box is no longer intact then the product will be considered opened.
